Carmen in Hobart
In 2017 Victorian Opera (VO) is teaming up with the Tasmanian Symphony Orchestra (TSO) to present a star-studded one-night only concert performance of Bizet’s opera Carmen on the stage of Federation Concert Hall, Hobart.
Under the baton of Tasmanian Symphony Orchestra Chief Conductor and Artistic Director, Marko Letonja, the international cast includes Elena Maximova in the title role with Marcelo Puente as Don José, Teddy Tahu Rhodes as Escamillo and Emma Pearson as Michaëla.
