Adelaide Festival 2021
For the fifth consecutive year, we will be returning to the Adelaide Festival in 2021! Join us in the company of tour host and classical music specialist Phillip Sametz for six days of world-class performances of opera, drama and chamber music by leading Australian and international artists.
We will enjoy among the best seats in the house for the final night of the Festival’s hallmark production for 2021, Benjamin Britten’s opera, A Midsummer Night’s Dream. A co-production of Houston Grand Opera, Chicago Lyric Opera and the Canadian Opera Company, this Australian exclusive will be directed by Adelaide Festival co-director Neil Armfield, while the Adelaide Symphony Orchestra will be conducted by Australian-born Daniel Carter, currently Kapellmeister at the Deutsche Oper in Berlin.
American counter-tenor sensation Aryeh Nussbaum Cohen sings the role of Oberon, while an Australian operatic star cast includes Teddy Tahu Rhodes, Andrew Goodwin, Taryn Fiebig and Warwick Fyfe, to name just a few.
Due to venue capacity constraints, places for our tour will be very limited. So you don’t miss out, you can secure a place on the tour now with a holding deposit of $250.
Full tour brochure to be released in late November 2020.
