Music, Ballet and Art in Melbourne

Revel in a line-up of superb music and ballet performances, including Mahler’s Song of the Earth with legendary Australian heldentenor Stuart Skelton and Beethoven’s Pastoral symphony by the MSO conducted by Vladimir Ashkenazy.

Enjoy also among the best seats in the house for Yuri Possokhov’s innovative new staging of the ballet Anna Karenina, a co-production of The Australian Ballet and Chicago’s Joffrey Ballet with a specially commissioned orchestral score by Ilya Demutsky, which evokes the grandeur of Imperial Russia.

In between performances, enjoy an exclusive before-hours private viewing of the National Gallery of Victoria’s Winter Masterpieces exhibition, developed in partnership with the Musée d’Orsay and featuring the works of Post-Impressionist artist Pierre Bonnard.
