Meet your tour leader Elizabeth Swane and fellow travellers at the rear entrance of Sydney’s Four Seasons hotel at 10:00am and depart Sydney for the NSW Central Coast. After lunch, enjoy a guided coastal walk in Bateau Bay to Crackneck Point Lookout. In spring, the path offers views of wildflowers coming into bloom, including ground orchids and flannel flowers.
Arrive at the hotel in Terrigal in the late afternoon for some time at leisure before welcome dinner.

Today, drive to the picturesque Yarramalong Valley and visit Jill Wran’s Jumjum Farm. Renowned for its holistic approach to farming, Jumjum is a unique rural property comprising 120 acres of lush pastures, hazelnut plantations and a resident flock of Muscovy ducks. Delight in an exclusive, private tour of the farm and wander the homestead’s large, informal garden.
After lunch, continue through the region’s tranquil hinterland to visit renowned landscape designer Michael Cooke’s unique private garden. Author and former garden editor of Marie Claire Lifestyle, Michael’s exquisite garden is often featured in the media. Spend time exploring the different garden ‘rooms’, each with a unique design style and variation of plant combinations.
Return to the hotel in the late afternoon and enjoy the evening at leisure.

Begin the day with a visit to Wallis Creek Watergarden, a specialist nursery featuring one of the largest collections of water lilies and lotus on display to the public in Australia. The nursery specialises primarily in water lilies, lotuses and water plants, with rare plants on display.
After lunch, stroll through the fragrant gardens of Erina’s Distillery Botanica, where flowers and spices are used to flavour locally produced spirits and liqueurs, before returning to the hotel in the afternoon.
Tonight, dinner is at a local restaurant.

This morning, visit the Rustic Nest, nestled in the heart of Central Coast Hinterland. Originally established in 1885, the property consists of a historic house built around convict stone and a cottage-style garden surrounded by natural habitat and beautiful views.
In the afternoon, discover the secrets of Japanese garden design with a private tour of the Edogawa Commemorative Garden in Gosford. The gardens were gifted by Gosford’s sister city in Japan, Edogawa, and were designed by Ken Lamb in accordance with the elegant principles of the Japanese Heian period.
Afterwards, explore the nearby Gosford Regional Gallery before returning to the hotel.
The evening is at leisure.

This morning, check out of the hotel and visit a private rainforest garden overlooking the Wyong River before a special farewell lunch with Elizabeth and fellow travellers at a renowned local restaurant before continuing to Sydney, arriving in the late afternoon.
