On this tour, attend concerts of the annual UKARIA Chamberfest, a renowned festival acclaimed for presenting outstanding ensembles and soloists in one of Australia’s most lauded purpose-built concert halls. This exclusive program, curated by internationally recognised Australian soprano Siobhan Stagg, features leading musicians, including soprano Sophie Rennert and international ensemble Quatuor Agate, performing a series of intimate concerts in the hall’s superb acoustic setting.
Between performances, enjoy the convivial atmosphere of the festival with thoughtfully prepared meals showcasing seasonal produce and wines from the Adelaide Hills.

Tour arrangements begin at the InterContinental Hotel in the Adelaide CBD at 12:30pm with a group transfer to the Adelaide Hills (transfer included in tour price if using the group transfer).
In the late afternoon, attend a welcome briefing and a pre-performance talk by your tour leader, Phillip Sametz, followed by a light, early dinner at the hotel.
Then, transfer to the UKARIA Cultural Centre, the purpose-built chamber music concert hall nestled in the tranquil bushland of the Adelaide Hills, for the opening performance of UKARIA Chamberfest titled Origins.

Begin the morning with a pre-performance talk by Phillip, followed by some time at leisure to enjoy the tranquil surrounds.
In the early afternoon, transfer to the UKARIA Cultural Centre for two afternoon concerts of UKARIA Chamberfest, Dead Poets Society and Kurtág 100 – Kafka Fragments.

Mt Lofty House is a boutique designer hotel located in the Adelaide Hills. The property overlooks the Piccadilly Valley, and is set on 7 hectares of native gardens and English-style rose gardens. The hotel’s three-hatted Hardy’s Verandah Restaurant and new Martha Hardy’s Kitchen offer a menu of modern Australian fine dining. Each of the hotel’s rooms is tastefully decorated with period furnishings and features modern amenities including large ensuite bathrooms and air-conditioning.
